Manufacturing Base

SANCERA has invested a variety of model production facilities for ceramics manufaturing, human armor(helmet & vest), vehicle protection and laboratory center.
It can realize the independent production from micro-powder raw materials to bullet-proof ceramics and bullet-proof products. The equipment including:

22 vacuum sintering furnaces

8 electrically heated pushing kilns

3 large shuttle kilns

8 spray granulation towers

3 pressing machine of 2500 tons/ 2000 tons

2 pressing machine with 800 tons

about 20 presses with/within 500 tons

Our annual capacity has reached 1,000 tons of various types of bullet-proof ceramics, 300,000 pieces (sets) of body armor, 10,000 square meters of special bulletproof plates for vehicles，armor and engineering protection.

SANCERA can also make special customized large-size and extra-large size according to customers’ requirements.
